Maybe take turns in whose living room, backyard, office, you choose to practice in each week!? I'll come to your office or home and teach to all the employees at a designated time and space for an hour before, after, during lunch, or whenever the office is available. You choose the time and day that works best for you and I'll take it from there.

Whether you are a beginner, never tried yoga in your life, or have practiced for 30 years, you can now beat the limitations of time by establishing your own yoga routine at home or at work. In fact, this kind of setup suits those individuals who are constrained by time and can't make it to the times offered by the local studios, or who would just enjoy the convenience of practicing in their own familiar environment.
